No registration, no payment details, no cost. You integrate the maps with just a few lines of code, credit the source, display the Top-O-Map logo and link to Top-O-Map.
Up to 30,000 map tiles per month are free. In return, we display a Top-O-Map overlay on some of the map tiles.

For licensing reasons, the source attribution must always be visible on the map. The other points depend on how you use the maps.

If usage is higher than your booked plan covers, we’ll contact you by email and offer you the option of booking a higher plan. We will also throttle the loading speed of the maps.
If you choose a higher plan, you can use the maps at full speed again. If you don’t book a higher plan, the throttling remains in place until the next month.
You stay in full control of your costs, no matter how high your usage. There are no unexpected costs and no additional billing for extra tiles.
If you have more than 30,000 map tile requests per month – for example because the maps are displayed very often or your website gets more visitors – we show the overlay more often, use it to ask you to get in touch with us, and throttle the loading speed. Usage remains free.

A one-time purchase does not automatically renew as a subscription and does not need to be canceled. Access ends automatically once the quota has been used up or the agreed period of validity has expired.
We don’t need any data from you for the free integration. You take out a subscription or make a one-time purchase directly via our payment provider Stripe.
Stripe processes payments on our behalf – for subscriptions as well as one-time purchases. All payment details stay with Stripe – we never see them.

A map tile is a single square map image measuring 256 x 256 pixels; the map you see is made up of many of these tiles. The number of tiles needed for a map view depends on factors such as the size of the map area, the zoom level and the screen resolution. Moving or zooming the map loads additional tiles.
We know it’s hard at the beginning to estimate how many map tiles your website or app will need. That’s why we offer different plans that you can switch between flexibly – and we charge no extra costs even if your usage is higher than what you booked.
